Chuluu Archery Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of a Chuluu Archery account, what data will be deleted, what data may be retained, and how long the request is usually processed.

Ways to delete your account
You can request account deletion in one of the following ways:
- In the app: Profile → Delete account.
- Outside the app: send a request to kudrinmv@mail.ru.
If you contact us by email, include the information needed to find your account, for example the phone number or email address linked to the account, and clearly state that you want to delete it.
What to write in the email
You can send the request in free form. For example:
Subject: Chuluu Archery Account Deletion
Hello. Please delete my account in the Chuluu Archery application.
Account details: [phone number or email linked to the account].
Request date: [date].
What data will be deleted
After confirmation of the Chuluu Archery account deletion request, we delete user data associated with the account, including the profile, trainings and statistics, plans and tasks, sports equipment data, uploaded images, and data used to display the user in rankings.
- Account and profile data.
- Trainings and statistics.
- Plans, tasks, and equipment records.
- Uploaded images.
- Data used to display the user in rankings.
- Other related user data stored for operation of the service.
What data may be retained
Certain data may be retained for the period required by applicable law, or to the extent necessary to fulfill financial and legal obligations, and to handle disputes and claims.
- Data that must be retained under applicable law.
- Payment or accounting data if retention is required for bookkeeping, disputes, chargeback reviews, or fraud prevention.
- Technical records required to confirm that the deletion request was received and processed.
Processing and retention periods
Deletion requests are reviewed within a reasonable period and are usually processed within 30 days.
If some data must be retained for legal, accounting, dispute, or anti-fraud purposes, it is stored only for the period required by applicable law or until the relevant review or dispute is resolved.
