Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Chuluu Archery mobile application.

By using the App, creating an account, signing in, or purchasing a subscription, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Parties and Subject Matter

These Terms govern the user's access to and use of the Chuluu Archery mobile application, including:

  • account registration and use;
  • profile management;
  • training tracking, sports statistics, and history;
  • plans, tasks, and equipment management;
  • user ratings / leaderboard functionality;
  • paid features, where available.

2. Acceptance of the Terms

The user accepts these Terms through actual use of the App, including:

  • account registration;
  • account sign-in;
  • use of App functionality;
  • payment for a subscription or activation of a trial period, where available.

If the user does not agree to these Terms, they must stop using the App.

3. License and Use of the App

The operator grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the App functionality and these Terms.

The user may use the App only for its intended purposes and within the functions made available by the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" basis, meaning in the form and with the functionality available at the time of use.

The operator may change, add, limit, or discontinue certain App features where required for service development, security, legal compliance, or infrastructure support.

4. Account and Authentication

Certain App features require an account.

Authentication in the App may be available through:

  • phone number with one-time code verification;
  • social login providers supported in the App, including Yandex and VK.

The user must:

  • provide accurate information;
  • keep account access details secure;
  • not transfer account access to third parties;
  • promptly notify the operator if unauthorized access to the account is suspected.

The user is responsible for actions performed through their account unless otherwise established under applicable law.

5. Subscription, Paid Features, and Trial Access

Certain App features may be provided on a paid subscription basis.

Where subscription is available, the user may:

  • purchase a paid plan;
  • activate a trial period if offered for the relevant plan;
  • view subscription status and expiration information in the App interface.

In the current version of the App, payments are processed using YooKassa integration and the payment methods supported by the App at the time of payment.

The operator does not store the full set of the user's bank card details.

If a subscription is configured with auto-renewal, the user may disable further auto-renewal through the App functionality available for that purpose or by contacting kudrinmv@mail.ru, where such cancellation flow is supported for the payment scenario in use.

If auto-renewal is disabled, access to the already paid period remains available until the end of that period, unless otherwise stated in the relevant plan terms or required by law.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Requests related to subscription cancellation, refunds, or other payment-related claims are handled:

  • in accordance with applicable law;
  • with regard to the specific payment scenario;
  • with regard to the extent of paid access already provided to the user.

To request cancellation or a refund review, the user may contact kudrinmv@mail.ru and provide information sufficient to identify the relevant account and payment.

The operator may request additional information necessary to review the request.

7. User Conduct

The user must not:

  • use the App in violation of applicable law;
  • provide false information about themselves or submit third-party data without proper legal basis;
  • attempt unauthorized access to App functionality, APIs, other users' data, or service infrastructure;
  • interfere with the normal operation of the App, including by bypassing restrictions, using automated abuse methods, altering data, or exploiting interfaces;
  • use the App in a way that may harm the operator, other users, or the service infrastructure.

The operator may restrict or terminate access to the App in case of violation of these Terms, security requirements, or applicable law.

8. User Content and App Data

The user remains responsible for the data they independently add to the App, including:

  • profile data;
  • training results;
  • plans and tasks;
  • equipment information;
  • comments, images, and other materials.

The user confirms that they have the right to upload and use such materials in the App.

If leaderboard or rating functionality is enabled, the user understands and agrees that part of their data may be displayed to other users within the scope described by the privacy policy and the App interfaces.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, its source code, design, interfaces, graphics, texts, marks, logos, and other elements, excluding user-provided data, belong to the operator or are used on lawful grounds.

The user may not:

  • copy, distribute, modify, decompile, or otherwise use the App beyond what is expressly permitted by law or these Terms;
  • use the operator's intellectual property without permission, unless such use is allowed by law.

10. Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

The operator makes reasonable efforts to maintain the App, but does not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability at all times;
  • absence of technical errors;
  • compatibility with all devices and operating system versions;
  • achievement of any particular sports, commercial, or other result by using the App.

The operator is not responsible for:

  • interruptions caused by third parties, telecom providers, payment providers, app stores, or infrastructure vendors;
  • losses caused by improper use of the App by the user;
  • inability to use the App for reasons beyond the operator's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits user rights to the extent such rights cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Account Deletion and Termination of Use

The user may stop using the App at any time.

If the user wishes to delete their account, they may use the built-in account deletion functionality available in the App or send a request to kudrinmv@mail.ru.

Account deletion and the processing of personal data are also governed by the Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to the Terms

The operator may update these Terms if there are changes to:

  • App functionality;
  • service access conditions;
  • payment and subscription conditions;
  • legal requirements;
  • other essential conditions of App use.

The current version of the Terms is published in the App and/or on the official page used for publishing the service legal documents.

Continued use of the App after publication of an updated version means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory rules of other applicable law require otherwise.
